Privacy Policy 

When you register as a patient of our practice, you provide consent for our GPs and practice staff to access and use your personal information so they can provide you with the best possible healthcare. Only staff who need to see your personal information will have access to it. If we need to use your information for anything else, we will seek additional consent from you to do this.

Appointment Policy 

 At our clinic, we deeply value the individual needs of each patient, and our compassionate doctors are committed to providing personalized care. This dedication means that sometimes, appointments may take longer than anticipated in order to thoroughly address each patient's concerns. As a result, we kindly ask that you view your scheduled appointment time as an indication of when you should arrive at our clinic, understanding that there may be some wait time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our doctors work diligently to ensure every patient feels genuinely heard and valued.

Results and Reports Policy

All results and reports are to be discussed in a consultation with the requesting GP. This is to ensure the data located within these reports and test are relayed accurately to the patient. 

As a courtesy, we are bulk billing these follow up appointments.
